HAVE THE MIND OF CHRIST & LEND ME YOUR BOATS

The Lord is giving us an assignment! It is so interesting to hear the prophecy released for Grace falls in line with the Key in our theme!  God is placing in our hands the Key! But the Key is not only to unlock but also to lock! Key speaks about Authority, Power, Responsibility, Accountability, because our assignment is not only for Malaysia but Asia and the world!  And Grace is our launching pad!

The Lord has spoken very thoroughly through Apostle Jackie and her team because He wants to lift us up!  He wants to lift us higher! He wants to establish you so that you can leave this world with the sense of ‘I have run my race, I have finished my course.  Now I am ready to be offered up!’

God doesn’t want you to just earn a living.  He wants you to become a King in the marketplace!  Kings inherit, they declare, pass laws, manage and control the economy.  So it’s not good enough just being in the marketplace, earning a salary, making money.  The Lord says He wants you to do more! Because the gold, the silver, everything on the earth came from the Lord.  It’s all for His children so why aren’t we taking it and using it for the Kingdom of God?

In Luke 5:3, Jesus tells Peter, “Let me use your boat. Push it off a short distance away from the shore so I can speak to the crowds.”  After Jesus taught the people, He thanked Peter for partnering with Him and then wanted to partner with Peter and bless him.  Read what Jesus tells Peter and see how the Christ-mind and man’s-mind have a conflict.

Jesus tells Peter, “Now row out to deep water to cast your nets and you will have a great catch.”  Peter, in his natural mind replied, “Master, we’ve just come back from fishing all night and didn’t catch a thing. But if You insist, we’ll go out again and let down our nets because of Your word.”  So Peter just took one boat and one net and went out to sea.

This is called ‘selective obedience’ which is still disobedience.  Delayed obedience is also disobedience.  In God’s psychiatry the ‘human reasoning’ is a symptom of disobedience.  The Word of God says, ‘Let this mind be in you, which is also in Christ Jesus.’  ‘Have the mind of Christ.’

When Peter pulled up the net, he was shocked to see the huge catch of fish, so much that the net was ready to burst!  He had to call out to his business partners to bring their boats and nets. Peter was thinking of human possibilities but God thinks of the impossible!

God wants to lift Grace up!  Each one of you, all the outreaches and social works that we are doing; God wants to lift us up from the experience of Peter to the experience of Jesus Christ!  From the impossible to the possibilities! From the failures to success! From empty boats to filled boats!

I’m challenging you beloved, lend me your boats to preach the Good News.  The Lord is saying, ‘when you lend Me your boats, I will return it to you overflowing for whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully!’  Choose today beloved, to Have the mind of Christ!
